I had a pleasant experience during my three-day business trip. The hotel offered modern rooms with excellent amenities and incredible hospitality from the staff. The food was delicious with a diverse menu. However, my previous stay at Windsor Castle was less favorable; the rooms were cramped, and I felt the pricing was excessive, particularly with additional service charges that left a sour taste.

I stayed for three days during a business trip and absolutely loved the hotel! The rooms were modern and packed with great amenities. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable during my stay. However, I did notice some things could be improved upon, especially the pricing of the room which felt a bit higher for what I received.
